So, What Have I Learned?

Each guy was an experience and a lesson. I gained valuable wisdom and knowledge from them all.

Guy A: Guy A taught me that everything is not what it seems. He killed the naivety in me. He taught me that people can and will lie to me. Guys want what they want, and some of them want too much. He was also my first practice at undercover work and revenge.

Guy B: Guy B taught me that while someone may seem nice, there is always something lying underneath the exterior. He also taught me that sometimes I have to stick up for myself and  hold my own ground.

Guy C: I learned a good bit from Guy C. I learned that insecurities lie within everyone. He also taught me that it's best to not have everyone in the middle of your relationship. With Guy C I learned how rumors and lies can destroy a perfectly good relationship.

Guy D: With Guy D, I learned what it's like to be on the other side of the heartbreak. Although I didn't cheat on him nor do him wrong in any kind of way, I did feel the guilt and regret of hurting someone.

Guy E: I learned some very important things from Guy E. I learned how personal problems (injuries, state of mind, etc.. things like that) can really affect a relationship. I learned that someone can be in a relationship and be confused as to what they wanted. I also got a taste of modern day racism. I don't know if I mentioned it, but he and I were of different races. His family didn't mind. They knew what he liked and they accepted it. My family accepted him.

Guy F: Not all that glitters is gold. You can be as in love as you want to be, but that doesn't guarantee anything. You can try as hard as you want to make a relationship work, but it doesn't have to work. A relationship takes work from two people. You both have to give your all. Just because you think of or even plan a wedding, even if there is a proposal, NOTHING is promised, and after it all falls through the only thing you can do is get over it and move on. Getting over it is hard and moving on is even harder, but you can do it. These are things I learned from Guy F.

Would I date any of them again? - I can definitely say no to the ones that I probably will never see again and the ones that I have no feelings for whatsoever. That still leaves a few up in the air for question though. I would honestly love to say no for them all, but the future is unclear.

I will post again soon. One more discussion on this topic. All guys may not be included but one more post. An update on myself and any updates on any of the guys i've talked to recently or kept in contact with. I am still friends with some of them.

Until next time...
-Signed,
Love
